Return Policy:
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds are only processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to change to a different item or different color, a new order must be placed.
Please ensure that items are in original condition.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A printable return label will be provided for you and the shipping cost will be deducted from your total return amount upon delivery and inspection of your return
Items marked "Final Sale" or “Seconds” are ineligible for return or exchange.
Jaclyn Baer Art / Sälka is not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged packages or orders.
If your item is returned with visible dirt, debris (e.g., deodorant, pet hair), or strong odors (e.g., fragrance, smoke) that cannot be easily cleaned, it will be sent back to you and considered final sale and non-returnable.
Shipping Information:
Orders will ship according to the dates provided on the product page for any given Sälka product. During busy product drops, there may be a delay due to a high volume of orders. As a small business, I do my best to provide accurate shipping dates for your order. You can contact me at any time to check on the status of your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped with a link to track your package. It may take 1-2 business days before you see your item scanned by the shipping courier.
Any import fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not covered by Jaclyn Baer Art / Sälka.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please fill out my Sälka contact form with your order information. Please include your order number and photos showing the damage or defect of the items in your order and include any information that may be helpful.
